Determine Design Needs

If you are comfortable with our budget estimates for the construction phase of the project, we move on to the design phase. In order to provide an accurate construction quote for custom homes or Renovations, detailed plans are essential.

Burke Developer and an architect or designer who has been chosen in consultation with you. Burke Developer ensures that you are working with a quality architect or designer and oversees the process to ensure that your priorities are included in the design.

Finalize Construction Quote

Burke Developer will submit a written construction quote based on the detailed plans
The Burke Developer Team often spends a minimum of 20-30 hours preparing a detailed quote. Therefore we can guarantee that the quote is thorough enough to cover the scope of work for theproject. However, if you change the scope of work, a change order will be drawn so that you can approve any additional costs.Burke Developer will keep your budget in check. If issues arise that will increase the cost of the project, you will be informed before work begins.

Project Management

Burke Developer assigns a professional project manager to oversee your project from start to completion.
A project manager will oversee the construction phase, managing the staff and sub trades. He will schedule each phase of work, ensuring its efficient, quality completion.

Billing Terms & Guarantee
Payment schedules are customized to each project and respective customer.
Burke Developer Guarantees all new homes and renovations for a minimum of 1 year.
2-10 limited Homeowner/ Builders Warranty Standards program provides additional protection
